Effect

When the Trial starts: 4 random Hooks become Scourge Hooks. The Basement Hooks become Scourge Hooks. While you are at least 24m away from a Survivor on a Scourge Hook, any Generator that isn't being repaired regresses at 150/175/200% speed.
