All four perks are among the six most played right now: Lithe (#1, 24.8%), Resilience (#2), Decisive Strike (#5) and Five Moves Ahead (#6). Five Moves Ahead is paired with Resilience and with Lithe in 31.6% of builds. Since 10.2.0 it only shows pallets but keeps the early start after a pallet drop, and Resilience got its tier I and II buffed (7/8/9%).

Dead Hard (#3, 21%) is mostly run with Resilience (37.6%) and Decisive Strike (35.3%). Since 9.5.0 Dead Hard only works after being unhooked, making it an extra health state after the hook that complements Decisive Strike. Deja Vu (#4, 20.5%) helps cover gens and prevent 3-gen situations.

Finesse (#7, 10.6%) with Lithe and Resilience is one of the most common Finesse combos: Finesse works while healthy, and Resilience takes over once injured. Windows of Opportunity is swapped for Deja Vu because it was nerfed in 10.2.0 (windows only and a cooldown).

Everything to survive after an unhook: Off the Record gives Endurance and removes aura, scratch marks and grunts for 30 to 40 s, Decisive Strike stuns for 4 s, Resurgence heals 70% on unhook and Dead Hard works after the hook. This stacks with the 10.1.0 baseline (10 s of Endurance and Elusive). Off the Record is rarely played (1.2%) but rated S-tier in 2026 guides.

Solo queue = information: Kindred shows who goes for the hook (and the killer within 16 m), Deja Vu the gens to prioritise, Dark Sense (10.2.0 buff) reveals killer, survivors, pallets and windows for 15 s when he approaches after each gen. Sprint Burst wins the first chase. Anti-tunnel variant (bot-lobbies): Off the Record + DS + Sprint Burst + Kindred.

Recommended gen build for 10.2.1: Deja Vu (3 close gens, +6%), Prove Thyself (up to +30% in groups), Resilience (+9% injured), Adrenaline for endgame. The old Hyperfocus + Stake Out combo died in 10.2.0 (Stake Out special checks no longer trigger other perks). Different effects = no diminishing-returns penalty.

Vanish build: Ghost Notes fades scratch marks 50% faster while Exhausted and speeds exhaustion recovery, Lightweight shortens them further and Vigil (nerfed in 10.1.0 to 10.1.2: +20/25/30% recovery, Exhausted only) shortens the Sprint Burst wait a little (2 s Haste since 10.1.0). Fun and good against scratch-mark trackers, weak vs tunnelling.
